A former footballer, Chelston possesses an excellent understanding of the needs of high performance atheletes. He specialises in enhancing athlete performance and is certified from the Australian S&C Association and is a NESTA Certified Personal Trainer (USA-NCAA).
Chelston has formulated a comprehensive fitness program for players at the academy, focused on improving Balance, Agility, Flexibility and Coordination while enhancing their strength and power to compete at the highest levels. The goal of the program is to ensure that every player has a strong fitness foundation on which they can develop and build their game.
